- Respond to inbound calls, messages and email within service-level targets.
- Walk customers through the platform, including account setup and payments.
- Log and escalate product issues with enough detail for engineering to act on them.
- Keep records accurate in the support tooling.
যোগ্যতা
- Strong Bangla and English — both spoken and written.
- 1+ years in customer support, call centre or a similar role.
- Patient and clear on the phone and in writing.
- Comfortable with a ticketing system.
