You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. One account per person or business entity.
Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their vehicle listings. All vehicles must be legally owned and free from encumbrances. GarirHat reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
GarirHat facilitates connections between buyers and dealers but is not a party to any transaction. All payments, deliveries, and warranties are between the buyer and dealer.
Users may not: post false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent transactions, scrape or copy content, use automated tools to access the platform, or violate any applicable laws.
All content on GarirHat, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of GarirHat Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
GarirHat provides the platform 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of vehicles, or the reliability of dealers. Use the platform at your own risk.
GarirHat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GarirHat Ltd., its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
GarirHat reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
